Infusion Tips:
Boil fresh water to 100-degree temperature. Using an infuser add 1 teaspoon of tea per person and pour water over the tea leaves. Leave the tea to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes or longer if desired, for a fuller, stronger taste. Once the tea has finished steeping, immediately remove the tea and stir.

Place your infuser filled with loose tea into your favourite cup and pour over freshly boiled water. Stir once, then let it steep until the flavour suits your taste. Remove the infuser and enjoy, or add a splash of milk if you prefer. For a smoother brew, try adding the milk to the cup first.
Top Tip
For a refreshing twist, swap the milk for a slice of lemon—especially delicious with Earl Grey.

If not using an infuser, strain into your favourite cup before serving. Add milk and sugar to taste. Try pouring the tea into the milk for a smoother taste—but be careful not to over-do the milk!
