    Pour freshly boiled water over the teabag in your favourite cup. Stir once, then let it steep until it’s just right for your taste. Remove the bag and enjoy as it is, or add a splash of milk if you prefer. For a brighter, more traditional twist, try a slice of lemon instead—but never both together.

    If you're after a stronger brew in a larger mug, try doubling up on teabags.

    Warm your teapot with a little boiling water, then pour it away. Add your teabags and top up with freshly boiled water, just off the boil. Stir once and let steep for 3–5 minutes before pouring into your favourite cup. Enjoy as it is, or add a splash of milk if you prefer.     "I knew as soon as I was going to the UK that I wanted to pick up a bunch of these. This is my favourite Earl Grey. I tried it for the first time at the British Museum and now I can't drink any other kind! It has such a lovely floral taste and works well on its own and for other things (London Fog, baked goods).
