Place your infuser filled with loose tea into your favourite cup and pour over freshly boiled water. Stir once, then let it steep until the flavour suits your taste. Remove the infuser and enjoy, or add a splash of milk if you prefer. For a smoother brew, try adding the milk to the cup first.
Top Tip
For a refreshing twist, swap the milk for a slice of lemon—especially delicious with Earl Grey.

Warm your teapot with a little boiling water, then pour it away. Add the loose tea and fill with freshly boiled water. Stir once and steep for 2–5 minutes. If not using an infuser, strain into your favourite cup before serving. Add milk and sugar to taste. Try pouring the tea into the milk for a smoother taste—but be careful not to over-do the milk!
Top Tip

"I purchased these teabags as part of a ""thank you"" gift to mum's nursing home staff. I chose them because the tea bags are individually wrapped. The boxes were smaller than I'd imagined but very attractive and will look perfect along with the traditional short breads etc. The 6 boxed are also over wrapped together in cellophane which as well as helping to keep the teabags fresh makes it easy to wrap."
