I left an earlier review about receiving a damaged tin. The return policy states that customers must pay for returns so I was not happy & left a review that reflected that. I contacted the company via email and they responded to me immediately . They apologized and assured that they take these matters seriously, asked for photos of the shipping materials and box so that they could contact their shipping partner about it & then they promptly issued me a replacement. I am very satisfied with their handling of it & wish that I could have edited my original review. Their response made up for their shipping partner’s poor choice to ship a damaged item and I now feel comfortable buying from them going forward. I only wish that I wasn’t so hasty leaving my first review.
Both times that I have ordered from here, I have received dented tins. Last time I decided to just try to smooth out what I could & live with it, but this time there is a huge dent that is beyond smoothing out. I only pay this much for this tea for the decorative tins . I pay full price and should not receive damaged goods. This was clearly damaged prior to shipping. The box was intact & there is no way that it sustained that severity of damage without the box also being damaged. Unacceptable.
I love the tea we buy from yo nd the tins are just a bonus, but this one I am disappointed in. Your tins are popular and sell out fast. This one is dented, and I p robably won't be able to get an undented one...Love the tea!!!
