Place your infuser filled with loose tea into your favourite cup and pour over freshly boiled water. Stir once, then let it steep until the flavour suits your taste. Remove the infuser and enjoy, or add a splash of milk if you prefer. For a smoother brew, try adding the milk to the cup first.
Top Tip
For a refreshing twist, swap the milk for a slice of lemon—especially delicious with Earl Grey.

Warm your teapot with a little boiling water, then pour it away. Add the loose tea and fill with freshly boiled water. Stir once and steep for 2–5 minutes. If not using an infuser, strain into your favourite cup before serving. Add milk and sugar to taste. Try pouring the tea into the milk for a smoother taste—but be careful not to over-do the milk!
Top Tip

"Even a year ago, I usually started my day with coffee. This changed after I had a few days in Brighton. There, the mornings all the time started with tea. I liked it so much that after returning home, I started looking for the teas that I had tasted there. I found it, but the supply was uncertain and the tea was expensive. Finally, to my great joy, I found the New English Teas website and my teas there. I had a bigger purchase in filter and dried teas. All teas fit in my expectations, I like them very much - tasteful, aromatic and have a nice color.
