Vintage Victorian Deluxe Tea Caddy

I love the look of all the tins—they’re so beautiful and decorative, so I mostly paid for the packaging, given it was a 2-for-1 deal. However, one of the tins contained empty tea bags, so I emailed customer service with evidence. They promised to send me some free items, but that never happened. The taste of the tea wasn’t really impressive either. This was my first and last order, as I wasn’t impressed with the level of customer care. I won’t be shopping here again.

Our first time dealing with this company. So impressed with their 1 outstanding customer service, 2 prompt reply 3 speedy replacement of a product that was damaged during delivery. Overall we will recommend our friends to this company and we will remember to do more business with them. A very happy and satisfied customer.

The vintage tea caddies are really lovely. They make a great gift, the tea is very tasty and the tin can be reused for all sorts of things.
